As a wife and mother of 3 sons, and over 15 years of fitness coaching experience, Staci knows that striving to live a well-balanced life is key to building confidence and lasting results. Coaching from a holistic perspective, she focuses on the 7 pillars of wellness: physical, social, environmental, spiritual, emotional, occupational, and intellectual.
After the untimely death of her mom and husband, then caring for family members with severe health issues, Sakinah discovered that operating according to conventional healthcare rules almost led to the loss of a child, and brought about the decline of her health as well.
As an Institute of Integrative Nutrition graduate, Sakinah specializes in health and wellness coaching, limited and personalized eating styles. She loves empowering individuals to create a legacy and learn what it takes to eat for wholeness and establish healthy relationships with food, others, and self.
